"In the summer of 2023, we found a small leak in the back of our newly renovated basement. Our friend Greg, from Generation Construction, identified the issue and immediately referred us to an expert in foundation repair - our new friend Mark from Canadian Foundation Specialists. First, let me say that Mark is very nice, calm, polite, friendly, and professional. He quickly assessed our issue and soon returned to spend the following Saturday morning repairing and sealing the back of our 60+ year old house. A month or so later, Mark returned to repair a crack in the front of our house. This was more complicated as we'd just done some extensive landscapingav in the front garden and were prepared for a lot of re-landscaping after Mark and his team were finished. Mark's associates were also pleasant, funny, and professional. When professional aren't worried, home owners worry less. After they finished repairing and sealing our front wall, our garden looked exactly as it was before Mark and his team showed up.
